We provide outpatient mental health services including individual therapy, couples and family therapy, child and adolescent counseling, group therapy, and wellness-focused

services such as stress management and mindfulness. We also offer secure telehealth appointments for clients located in Maryland.  

Yes. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for clients throughout Maryland. All you need is a private space, a reliable internet connection, and a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

We work with children (ages 3 and up), adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our team includes therapists with specialized training to meet the unique needs of each age group.

Yes. We are in-network with several major insurance providers. Please visit our Insurance & Payment page or contact us to verify your specific plan.

We also provide superbills for clients with out-of-network benefits who wish to seek reimbursement.

Your first session is an intake appointment where we’ll review your history, discuss your goals, and explore how we can best support you. It’s a chance for you and your therapist to get to know each other and begin building a collaborative plan for care.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged a fee. This helps us reserve time for all clients who need care.

Yes. Your privacy is very important to us. We follow all federal and state laws (including HIPAA) to keep your information secure. In rare cases, we may be legally required to break confidentiality (e.g., risk of harm to self or others), and we will explain these exceptions during intake.
